SHOULD CHILDREN WHO COMMIT CRIME BE TRIED AS ADULTS?

The best education for children is very important thing. Parents have a big responsibility to educate their children. Children will be good person or not in the future they depend on their parents education. Because, education of parents is the basic education for children. Nowadays, there are some children commit crime such as sandal theft. A lot of them commit crime, because they don’t have attention from their parents. When they have done it, and they were arrested by the police. Some people agree children who commit crime be tried as adults. Because, based on their opinion, they have broken the law. But almost of people disagree about it.

The first reason why people disagree about it, because  it is not children’s mistake, but it is their parents’ mistake. Their parents do not give much attention to them. Therefore, they do not know if their children commit crime.

The second reason, because their parents let them to watch on television about something is not good for education, such as they watch films about theft, violence, promiscuity etc. Then it is natural if they want to try it.

The third reason, if children commit crime must be tried as adults it is not suitable for the age. The children’s age have not achieve such as adults’ age. Therefore, they do not be suitable to receive punishment the same as adult.

There are many reasons, why children who commit crime they are not tried as adults, but it is not mean they are absolutely don’t receive the punishment. They must receive punishmentfrom their parents as the lesson for them, may they don’t repeat again. And their parents have to give them more attention  then before. Because their children are their dreams, if they do not educate them as well as possible they will be disappointed in the future.
